If your firm wants Apple devices, we'll help you plan the move and support it. Many of the firms we work with run Mac and iPhone alongside Windows and Microsoft 365, and that's fine.

## Company-owned devices

Company-owned devices go into Apple Business so we can set them up and manage them from one place. A new Mac bought from Apple can arrive already assigned to your business and pick up its apps and settings when someone first signs in.

## Buying and everyday support

You buy directly from Apple, since we don't sell hardware, and we stay your first call for updates, access, backups and everyday questions.

## Personal phones

Personal phones stay personal. If someone wants work email on their own iPhone, the work data stays separate and they can remove it.
