# Business systems & AI

AI assistants built around your business.

Tell us what takes your attention, where information gets stuck or what your team keeps doing by hand. We connect business software and build AI assistants around the people and businesses using them.

## Make the work concrete

An assistant can read mail, draft replies, research and flag things that need attention. The assistants we build can be reached by ordinary text message. The useful question is what you would want one to do in the course of your day.

Daniel built his first assistants for his own companies and builds them for clients around the same kinds of details: who they deal with, what matters that week and how they like to work. Those details give a conversation about AI somewhere practical to begin.

## Look at the software around the task

The work may also involve connecting business systems. An assistant needs to fit the way information moves through the company, so the software you already use belongs in the discussion. We advise on those decisions and work on the systems themselves, alongside our ongoing infrastructure and security work.

Here are a few examples of questions to bring:

- Which messages need my attention, and which could start with a draft?

- What information do we keep moving between different tools?

- What would an assistant need to know to do this job well?

- Where should a person review the work or make the decision?

## Bring an example from your day

You don't need to choose an AI product before talking to us. We don't sell software or earn commissions on recommendations. Tell us about the job you have in mind. Based in Charleston, we work with businesses nationwide. Call or text (854) 214-6126, or email hello@cystra.com.
