## From choosing tools to running them

Our infrastructure work covers networks, devices, servers and cloud services, including Microsoft 365. That can mean working through a new purchase, setting up technology for the team or taking care of systems already in place.

The choices are connected. A new office raises questions about the network, the equipment people will use and the systems they need to reach. A software change may affect where files live and how people work together. We can help you think through those decisions as part of the same business.

## Bring the everyday problems, too

You can describe what's happening in ordinary terms: people are having trouble connecting, the tools are awkward to use, or nobody is sure who looks after a particular system. You don't need to know which technical category the problem belongs in.

Useful questions to bring include:

- What needs to be in place before we open another location?
