Website data

We measure how this website works and which information visitors find useful.

What we collect

Cloudflare provides hosting, security and basic website performance measurement. Our additional measurement records page loads, visible sections, service and biography openings, link clicks, time spent with a page visible, and whether the animation loads. Call, text and email clicks tell us that someone chose a contact option; they do not tell us whether a conversation happened.

We record the referring website’s domain, limited campaign labels, country, device category and browser category. Each page load receives a new random identifier to connect actions on that page. Our additional measurement uses no cookies or browser storage and does not identify returning visitors. It does not store IP addresses, full browser identification strings, message contents, names, email addresses, session recordings or arbitrary URL query strings.

Your choices

Our additional measurement is disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The website and its contact links continue to work when measurement is blocked.

How the data is used

CYSTRA uses the data to understand website traffic, improve the site and evaluate inquiries. Authorized staff and our internal office assistant can use aggregate reports. Event records are stored in CYSTRA’s Cloudflare account; we retain them for analysis and periodically review storage and retention. Cloudflare’s own hosting and security processing is described in its privacy policy.
